The American Society for Industrial Security, is the preeminent international organization for professionals responsible for security, including managers and directors of security. The Building Industry Consulting Services, International (BICSI), a not-for-profit telecommunications association, is a world-wide resource for technical publications, training, conferences, and registration programs for low-voltage cabling distribution design and installation. BICSI has over 20,000 members residing in 85 nations.

The Canadian Alarm and Security Association (CANASA), is a not for profit association founded in 1977. With over 800 alarm companies presently in CANASA, our members install and/or monitor over 70% of the systems in Canada.

The Law Enforcement/Emergency Services Video Association (LEVA), is dedicated to serving the unique needs of law enforcement and emergency services professionals who use video. Whether it's video production, forensic video analysis, training, surveillance, crime scene or event documentation, LEVA has established itself as the premiere source for training and informational exchange. Chartered in 1989, as a volunteer, nonprofit organization, LEVA serves video professionals from local, state and federal law enforcement, fire, emergency medical, rescue, and other related public safety agencies throughout the world.

The National Burglar & Fire Alarm Association is the trade association offering services and representation to the electronic systems industry. Members of the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA) are committed to serving the public with high quality products and services that help protect lives and property through the detection of certain events. The NBFAA Code of Ethics is intended to assist NBFAA members and their employees in providing these products and services to the public in a highly ethical manner. This Code is binding on all members of the NBFAA.

InAlarm was founded in 1988 and has evolved as a  leader in the distribution of safety equipment in Mexico.  The first offices were established in Mexico City and McAllen, Texas, and subsequently grow to open branches in Guadalajara and Monterrey, major economic centers of Mexico.  Between 1995 and 2005 InAlarm opened 8 other branches in other major cities within Mexico.
